Terms and conditions, Contract conclusion

Our general terms and conditions of sale, delivery and payment here apply exclusively to business relationships with us. We herewith expressly contradict conflicting terms and conditions. The sales agreement shall come to be if we accept your order by delivering the goods or by notification of delivery.

German and English shall be the exclusive language for the conclusion of the agreement.

Binding offers are made in our online shop by entering the necessary information into the online ordering procedure and subsequently clicking on the button 'Submit order' in the last section of the order.

After you have send you order, we will send you an email confirming our receipt of your order and listing the details thereof (acknowledgment of receipt).

This acknowledgment of receipt does not represent the acceptance of your offer, but rather is meant only to inform you that we have received you order. In cases of advance payment, however, the order is accepted directly when the automatic acknowledgment of receipt is sent. You will receive all customer information at latest upon delivery of the goods.

Ordering process

Orders are made in our online shop by

1) placing goods in the shopping cart;

2) entering your delivery and payment details;

3) confirming on the review page that your information is correct;

Beginning of the instructions about cancelling your contract

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Süd-West Versand GmbH, Wörthstr. 40, 89129 Langenau, Germany or by phone +49 734580770 or by
e-mail of your decision to cancel this contract by a
clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods within Germany. Outside Germany you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In addition to the provisions on the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller in the event of defects, the respective warranty provisions with each article shall apply. If it should become necessary, you may demand subsequent performance (at your discretion: remedy of the defect or delivery of non-defective item). We are entitled to reject the type of subsequent performance chosen if it is only possible at unreasonable cost. The statutory provisions, to which we refer, shall apply otherwise. Warranty claims for used items shall be barred after twelve months.


Reservation of delivery

Our delivery times are approx. 4-6 days. Any exceptions thereto can be found on the respective product page. We will inform you as quickly as possible of delays to delivery.

When it comes to paying, you are best off as a regular customer.

    * On open account: You receive the invoice with the shipment and conveniently pay using the bank transfer form.

    * We will then collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit twelve days after the goods have been delivered. Please send us your bank account details and direct debit authorization (see order form).

    * By credit card for new customers: (Your credit card will not be charged until delivery.)

    * By cash on delivery you can pay your mail carrier by cash or check when the package is delivered. COD charges of EUR 6.00 will be incurred for the post, whereby EUR 2.00 are paid directly to the mail carrier, and EUR 4.00 will be added to your invoice.

    * By prepayment. Please transfer the amount to our account: account no. 2909703, Postbank Stuttgart, BIC 60010070, and enter your customer number and/or last name and zip code as the reference text.

As a new customer, we will deliver the goods to you gladly for payments made via direct debit, COD, advance payment or credit card. (Your credit card will not be charged until delivery.)

The customer is to reimburse all costs caused by the charge-back of payments made by direct debit (at least EUR 15.00) or credit card (at least EUR 30.00), inasmuch as the customer is responsible for the charge-back.

Shipment of goods


For the shipment of goods within Germany, we charge a lump-sum fee of EUR 2.45 per order for shipping costs. Exceptions are clearly marked in the offers. The minimum order amount is EUR 25.00. We will send all available items on the same day for an extra charge of EUR 5.00 and if the order is made before 1:00 pm. Our costs of shipping abroad can be found online here:

If there is precracking or tears in the packaging of our shipments, this could be an indication that not everything that we sent to you has also arrived. Please note the damage to the packaging or other complaints upon delivery of the package on the 'delivery form' presented to you for signature and have your complaints confirmed by the carrier.

Data protection

The data necessary to process the transaction as well as the agreement text are stored and, where applicable, are forwarded to affiliated companies within the scope of processing the order. Upon request, we will gladly send you a copy of your order data by post, fax or email. Moreover, should there be a legitimate interest in doing so and for the purpose of our own credit checks, we use credit information on the basis of mathematical-statistical methods using the address data from Infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstraße 99, 76532 Baden-Baden, Germany. The use also includes the forwarding of address data to third parties for advertising purposes. You can, of course, object at any time to the use of the data for advertising purposes. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising under this agreement shall be where the business of the user of these general terms and conditions is located. German law shall apply, inasmuch as the application of foreign consumer protection laws is not mandatory.

Product prices/Retention of title

All of the prices mentioned in this catalog refer to the respectively depicted item as described, not however to content, accessories and decoration. The prices are purely net prices, including the respectively valid VAT and guaranteed fixed prices for the term of this catalog. The prices at the time the order is made shall apply. The reservation of title to the delivered goods in accordance with § 449 of the German Civil Code (BGB) shall apply until payment has been made in full. In the event of a bilateral commercial transaction, the sole place of jurisdiction is in Ulm, Germany. Rights to offsetting and retention are excluded, inasmuch as the counterclaim is not determined res judicata, uncontested or acknowledged.

We reserve the right, in your interest, to make model changes that serve technical progress. The dimensions in the catalog are approximate. All weights refer to average sizes, unless otherwise indicated.
